Waking up each morning can be a drag sometimes especially if we didn't sleep well or got little to no sleep.
Sometimes we get caught up in our dilemmas and problems... sometimes the morning struggles, that we forget to set an intention for the day ahead.
Setting an intention is basically setting a purpose, something you're wanting to accomplish within the day. This is also called a resolution but in a much smaller, day-to-day scale. Instead of setting long term goals or intents we should set daily goals which reminds us of what we're trying to achieve in the long run. Showing us that every day counts and matters and if we take this daily we're most likely to get where we want to be.
Everyday we should wake up with the attitude of doing something important, something that's of value for us and the people around us. Each day we should live with a purpose to become a better "us" to not only strive for good, but actually do good and help others along the way.
