I have this book I read everyday it's a "be grateful" type of book where they have daily inspirational quotes.
Lately I've been noticing that there has been a lot of quotes pertaining to love and it's slightly bothered me. I'm not a cynic when it comes to love at all, I'm still very much so a hopeless romantic. But it's literally like the Universe is telling me to not be so closed off. It's saying to me, "okay so an asshole screws you over, that's nothing new, happens every day to other people but don't get cold, and think that everyone one else is a user, abuser and a complete douch based on one persons inability to be real and truthful." I can't compare the rest of the male population to one un-manly male, because that wouldn't be fair to those who are actually sincere. My big thing is now, how can I decipher fake from real?
Seeing love quotes appear is like resisting to persist.
You keep getting what you don't want to see or happen.
This goes for everything in life (not just love quote, this is just my example).
I noticed today that I didn't want to see any more quotes with love in them because I just get mad and have this "ugh" feeling and surely enough the next 3 quotes are love. When you don't want something to happen that's what's going to happen the most. That needs to stop. and it needs to stop ASAP.
How can we stop it?
We have to concentrate in rather what we do want, the feelings and emotions that we want to feel rather than those we don't or that we're too scared to feel.
Our emotions are huge magnets. We attract what we feel more than what we think. I know, you think I'm nuts right now but it's true. Our feelings get in sync with our thoughts and that's what makes them even more powerful and bound to happen.
My tip to you all reading this is this,
Don't hide from your feelings, express them. let them all out because you cannot be timid to your own emotions.
