"To plan is to create life and excitment." -Nathalie Barreto
This past weekend, October 8, 2016 I think I finally realized what my true calling is, enterainment public relations combined with event planning. I've noticed not only am I good with writing, conversing, but extremely detailed oriented with a perfection in planning.
I plan everything... literally everything from the simplest of days to weekend getaways with friends and family. I have knack for it.
This weekend in Oxford, MS I was a part of my first wedding event with Claire Kiamie, Owner of One Fine Day, and I loved it! It was a beautiful wedding with an even more amazing reception. It wasn't too small but not too big either, it was cozy.
The reception was at the Powerhouse a warehouse that hosts events such as art crawls, beer and food tastings along with smaller concerts. It a beautiful building with tall ceilings and exposed brick. It gives you that old time vibe but yet, modern and sophistication everyone loves.
It's so important for everyone to find something they love and love doing. That it's more fun as a hobby and not work as a job.
Do something you love and you'll never work a day in your life.
